Liberty Environmental, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Julie E. Galbraith as an environmental compliance specialist. Ms. Galbraith joined the firm in July 2017 with more than ten years of experience in environmental compliance and permitting experience related to industrial stormwater and wastewater management, SPCC plan development, hazardous and solid waste management, and EPCRA Tier II and Form R reporting. Ms. Galbraith holds a BS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources and a BS in Economics and Geography from the University of Minnesota.

The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) has announced its new rates in January.  It is offering loans at a as low as 2.5% interest rate to qualifying businesses that commit to creating and/or retaining jobs.

Eligible project costs through PIDA include:

•  construction and renovation
•  machinery and equipment acquisitions
•  working capital costs
