Mission
The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) is dedicated to the programming and partnerships necessary to support a diverse pipeline of skilled workers to meet the needs of employers in Berks County.
We are focused on strategically enhancing the spectrum of services available to our members in partnership with numerous workforce, training and educational partners. The alignment of employer-driven needs, paired with educator and provider input, will drive our community towards a more streamlined approach to addressing the workforce shortage and an increasing skills gap – a trend that can be seen throughout the nation.
