UGI Utilities, Inc is proud to provide ongoing support to Women2Women. We recognize the important role this program plays in advancing women’s roles in leadership in the workplace, providing a safe place for feedback and encouragement, and the engagement of women to further equality for all.
UGI recently launched the BIDE (Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality) Imperative, which was created to enhance and expand our efforts to be part of the solution in addressing systemic racism and injustice in our communities. As part of BIDE, UGI provides support and coordination through Employee Resource Groups, such as the Women’s Impact Network (WIN). WIN is focused on fostering an enriched environment to recruit, retain, develop and advance our female and minority leaders within the UGI Family of Companies.
UGI Utilities, Inc. is proud to provide energy to over 700,000 homes and business across Pennsylvania. Our support for our communities doesn’t end there – UGI and its employees invest hundreds of thousands of dollars every year to lifesaving programs like the American Red Cross Home Fire Campaign and organizations like Girl Scouts, which ensure a better future for us all. In addition, our employees volunteer thousands of hours with local fire departments, youth athletics, various non-profit boards and committees, and countless other organizations that are making a difference in our communities every day. At UGI, we are glad to do our part to make the areas we serve a great place to live and work.
