Tell us a bit about yourself and your business — your role, responsibilities and anything else you’d like members to know.
I’m Nikki Christ with Doceo Office Solutions, where I help local businesses and organizations find smarter, more cost-effective solutions for their print and document technology. My role focuses on building relationships, understanding each organization’s needs and helping them improve their technology while reducing costs.
What inspired you to become a GRCA Ambassador, and how has the role helped you connect with the Greater Reading business community?
I became a GRCA Ambassador because I wanted to become more involved in the local business community and build meaningful relationships throughout Greater Reading. The role has given me the opportunity to meet professionals from many different industries and learn more about the businesses and people that make our community strong.
What’s one piece of advice or insight you’d share with fellow members or local business owners to help them get the most out of their GRCA membership?
My biggest advice is to show up and get involved because the more you participate, the more value you’ll get from your membership. Attend events, introduce yourself, follow up and look for ways to support other members while building genuine relationships.
What’s your favorite GRCA event or program, and why would you recommend it to other members?
I really enjoy the GRCA networking events because they give me the opportunity to meet people from different industries and build relationships in a welcoming environment. I recommend them to anyone looking to expand their network, learn about local businesses and become more connected to the Greater Reading community.
