Kirsten’s role as Executive Director, Publishing Services involves overseeing the production of 20 specialty publications—from content collection to distribution—for readers across Pennsylvania. She also performs managing editor duties on and is a writer for several Hoffmann publications including At Home in Berks, Avenues, Central Keystone Living, Lehigh County Health & Medicine and Women2Women. Her career began at Carpenter Technology in sales, marketing and commercial product management, before transitioning to impactful roles at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, Reform Congregation Oheb Sholom, and the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance. From 2020-2025, she successfully rebuilt Girls on the Run of Berks County as Executive Director during the pandemic. A Hawaii native who grew up in Georgia and now resides in Reading, PA, with her husband and two cats (The Tabby Twins of Terror), Kirsten is an enthusiastic fan of college football (GEORGIA! Go Dawgs!), an accomplished runner (Marine Corps Marathon finisher!), and a former Jeopardy! contestant. She also enjoys reading, writing and cocktail hours.

Sarah McDaniel is a specialist in Employee Benefits and Risk Management, with 17 years of experience in sales and business operations. She is committed to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, always striving to work smarter. Sarah partners with HR and Finance teams to innovate and tackle challenges in the healthcare sector. Her passion for solving complex business problems is matched by her proven ability to deliver outstanding results.

Sarah is actively involved with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance’s Women2Women program, serving on the council and governance committee.

In her spare time, Sarah is an avid ultrarunner and enjoys playing golf.

Ashley Mikulsky is the Chief Executive Officer of the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, a role she stepped into in 2023 after more than 15 years of leadership in development, operations, and community outreach. A Berks County native, Ashley has a deep commitment to the local community and growing young leaders who will continue to make positive changes in the future.

Her career includes influential development and fundraising roles at Alvernia University and Junior Achievement of Southeastern PA, where she built partnerships and helped raise more than $15 million. In 2022, she was honored as the Meggan Kerber Outstanding Fundraising Professional by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a 4 Under 40 Award Recipient at Alvernia University in 2025. Ashley holds an MBA from Alvernia University and a BS in Animal Biotechnology and Conservation from Delaware Valley University.

Under her leadership, the ARL became a nationally recognized no‑kill shelter in 2025. Beyond ARL, she supports women’s leadership through her family’s WBE/DBE-certified business.

Crystal Rance is a writer, speaker and hospitality professional based in Berks County, PA. With over a decade of experience in sales, leadership and community building, she is passionate about helping women find confidence, clarity, and courage in both their personal and professional lives. Through her work and her book Mom Truths: The S#!t No One Talks About, Crystal uses honesty, humor and vulnerability to empower women to own their stories, set boundaries, and build lives they’re proud of.

Rachael Romig is the Community Relations Manager at UGI Utilities and owner of Just Breathe. Weddings & Events, a boutique wedding and event planning company. At UGI Rachael leads a team overseeing community and volunteer engagement across UGI Utilities’ service territory in Pennsylvania. As the owner of Just Breathe. Rachael oversees a team of 4 offering day of wedding coordination, nonprofit, corporate and social event planning, and engaging with college students to teach event planning. Just Breathe. primarily serves clients in PA but often travels out of state.

Rachael attended Reading Area Community College and received the Outstanding Alumni Award in 2022. Rachael also received her B.A. from Kutztown University. Her career spans the hospitality industry from catering sales and marketing, event planning and hotel sales, to nonprofit fundraising and community partnerships. Prior to joining UGI Utilities, Rachael was the Development Director for GoggleWorks Center for the Arts. She also spent 6 years as the Senior Director of Events & Special Programs with the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance overseeing, planning, and fundraising for 80+ events, leading a professional women’s network and Family Business Alliance, and overseeing the Workforce and Training departments.

With a passion for helping others, she has also been involved in many local nonprofits including Girls on the Run Berks board member, O’Pake Fellows Program mentor, Berks Women’s History Alliance Centennial committee, and United Way of Berks County Summer Learning Coalition and Read.Set.Read! tutor. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Board for Safe Berks. In 2018 she was named a 40 Under 40 from Reading Eagle and again in 2023 from Lehigh Valley Business. She received the 2021 Smart Women in Meetings Rising Star Award from Smart Meetings. Her expertise lies in community connection and engagement, team building, research & strategy, program development, public speaking, and being a catalyst for others’ personal and professional growth. She is also the extremely lucky mom of Henrik and Penelope, with her husband Zach who has supported her in all endeavors, adventures, & silliness.

Kristi Gage-Linderman is a third-generation CEO at Gage Talent & Business Solutions, driven by a deep belief in people and their potential. What motivates Kristi most is helping others explore their journey, build genuine connections, and find the confidence to grow into their next chapter.

She is passionate about strengthening the workforce and creating access to opportunity through meaningful talent connection, education, and career-readiness initiatives. Kristi actively serves her community through board service with organizations including the Reading Hospital Foundation, Berks Business Education Coalition, RACC Foundation, Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, and the Literacy Council of Reading-Berks. She is also a champion for the Career Ready PA Coalition and helped create and launch the Gage Student Career Program at Reading High School.

Tracy, a proud Central Pennsylvania native, has been soaking up the vibes of Berks County for the past 25 years. Tracy holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Penn State, a BS in Applied Psychology from Albright College, and an MBA in Community and Economic Leadership from Alvernia University! By day, Tracy finds herself knee-deep in the regulatory affairs of the FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Distribution Company. Tracy co-founded the Southeast PA Chapter of FirstEnergy Women in Leadership EBRG and chairs the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance’s Women2Women Advisory Council.

When she’s not busy championing community causes, you’ll find Tracy adventuring the world by bike and alongside her wife, crafting dazzling crystal jewelry, hitting the golf course, or stargazing by a cozy fire.

Jessica “Jes” Prutzman is a seasoned marketing and communications strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses and nonprofits elevate their brands, strengthen community connections, and achieve measurable growth. As Founder and President of JPrutzman Enterprises, LLC (JPE), Jes leads a full-service marketing and communications agency known for its creative strategy, personalized service, and results-driven execution.

Since launching JPE in 2016, Jes has built a marketing firm which actively serves more than 35 businesses throughout the region. As the firm’s principal strategist, she provides individualized attention to every client, combining traditional and non-traditional marketing tools to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns. JPE’s services span public relations, marketing strategy, event planning, copywriting, branding, social media strategy, website development, creation and management, project management, video production, focus groups, graphic design, email marketing, and advertising. The rapid success of JPrutzman Enterprises is a testament to Jes’ entrepreneurial drive, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to her clients and community.

Before founding JPE, Jes served as Partner and Vice President of Operations at Pinnacle Sports, where she managed purchasing budgets, contributed to national product development focus groups, and led and trained more than 40 employees. She later spent nearly eight years as Communications Director for Berks Fire Water Restorations Inc., overseeing all marketing and communications initiatives. These leadership roles shaped her operational expertise and strategic mindset qualities that now define her consulting work.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jes is deeply committed to advancing women in business and leadership. She currently serves on the Women2Women Council, where she collaborates with fellow leaders to create meaningful opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and connection among women across industries. Through this work, Jes helps cultivate spaces where women can grow their confidence, expand their networks, and elevate their careers. A longtime advocate for mentorship, Jes regularly meets one-on-one with emerging professionals, offering guidance on leadership, branding, and career advancement. She also provides hands-on learning experiences to high school and college students interested in marketing and communications, giving them real-world exposure to public relations, event planning, and strategic marketing.

In addition to the Women2Women Council, she has served on numerous nonprofit boards and committees such as serving as the President of the Animal Rescue League of Berks County from 2015 to 2018. Whether through board service, mentorship, or her work with Women2Women, she is dedicated to fostering leadership, encouraging collaboration, and helping the next generation to realize their full potential.

Andrea Rodriguez Senior Vice President of Our Konnection, specializing in interpreter and translator services. She is dedicated to improving language access and supporting clear, culturally respectful communication across healthcare, education, and community settings.

Tricia Williams is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at New Castle Lawn & Landscape as well as a member of their leadership team, where she guides a team of ten and brings a people-first approach to leadership. She enjoys helping others discover their strengths and cheering teammates on as they reach goals and succeed both personally and professionally.

Tricia is also the owner of Social Clover Marketing, where she helps small businesses strengthen visibility, build momentum, and navigate an ever-changing marketing environment. She blends strategy with practical execution to create actionable road maps to success. A proud Penn State alumna, Tricia earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

In addition, Tricia is the co-founder and co-facilitator of Hot Topics, Bold Moves, a marketing collaborative group that meets bi-monthly and is  focused on connection, learning, and real-world takeaways that help professionals grow.

Tricia lives in Sinking Spring with her husband, Brian, of 19 years, and their three children. A passionate community advocate, she supports local organizations through committee and board involvement, including the John Paul II Center for Special Learning Gala and Dayspring Homes, and she volunteers with the Holy Spirit Horse and Animal Sanctuary when time allows. When she is not working or volunteering, you will likely find her outdoors hiking or spending time near the water and soaking up the sun.

Meggan Hannigan-Kerber has served as the Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Alvernia University since April 2021.  Prior to joining Alvernia University, she served as Executive Director of Berks Arts Council from August 2019-April 2021. Meggan served the non-profit community for over 25 years in non-profit management, fundraising, marketing, and special events.  In addition, she spent several years in the corporate sector, focusing on marketing for the restaurant industry and event planning.   She has served in the past with the Bethany Children’s Home, Director of Development; Olivet Boys & Girls Club, Chief Development Officer; Girl Scouts-Great Valley, Penn State Berks, and Easter Seals.  

In 2005, she received her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) accreditation from CFRE International. Meggan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an MBA in Community Service and Economic Leadership from Alvernia College.

With a passion for serving others, Meggan has also served as a Professional Fundraising Counsel within the State of Pennsylvania to provide consulting services to non-profits in board development, donor database/CRM management, planned giving, annual campaigns, and special events. She has worked with but not limited to, Hannah’s Hope, Lebanon Valley Farm Exposition Center, Centro Hispano, The Historical Society of Berks County, Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County, Girls on the Run of Berks County, and Laurel House. Most of this work is done pro bono.

In the community, Meggan is currently serving on the board of Riverfront Federal Credit Union, PA Americana Region (Reading and Berks Visitors Bureau), and the Theron Cook Don’t Quit Foundation. She has previously served as Chair of Alvernia University Alumni Council; Member Dayspring Homes Board of Directors; Member of Greater Reading Chamber Alliance Private Public Partnership;  Past President of Reading Rotary Club; Past Member of Conrad Weiser Rotary Club; Secretary of Girls on the Run of Berks County;  Marketing Committee Member and Past Dinner Committee Chair, Children’s Home of Reading; Administrator for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Berks Regional Chapter where she is also one of the Founding Members; Vice President for the John Paul II Center for Special Learning Development Advisory Board, member of the Alvernia College 50^th Anniversary Committee; Board Member, Tri-County Community Network; Board Member, Breast Cancer Support Services of Berks County; Board Member, Berks Counseling Center; and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

In 2018, the AFP Berks Regional Chapter recognized Meggan for her long-time service with the renaming of the Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award to the Meggan Kerber Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award. In 2014, Meggan was recognized with Alvernia University’s Ellen Frei Gruber Distinguished Alumni Award. In 2013, she received the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rising Star Award. In 2007, Meggan was recognized as an Outstanding Fundraising Executive by the AFP Berks Regional Chapter. She also received the Outstanding Distinguished Psi Chi Alumni Award from Alvernia in 2002.

Julia Nickey serves as the Regional Director of Marketing and Communications for Penn State Health, where she leads high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and community trust. With a strategic focus on measurable outcomes, Julia has successfully launched multi-channel marketing initiatives that have increased service line visibility, strengthened referral networks, and elevated Penn State Health’s presence and accessibility across Berks and Lancaster Counties.

I’m Ericka Ruelas, a Vice President, and Branch Manager at Finanta Credit Union, passionate about family, financial education, and empowering others to succeed. As an immigrant, my journey has fueled my commitment to building a better future for my husband, Alonzo, and our daughters, Sofia, and Cynthia — and to helping other families achieve their goals along the way.

Through years of volunteering, coaching, and mentoring, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting women and my community. I believe education is power, and when women thrive financially, families and communities thrive too.

Sarah Small is a fitness industry leader, entrepreneur, and trailblazer with 46 years of experience, beginning her career in 1980 across professional sports, corporate wellness, and performance-based training. She is the owner of Alliance Fitness Center, Berks County’s premier personal training and performance facility, and the founder of Corporate Health Alliance, a consulting company specializing in corporate wellness and health promotion.

Sarah’s career began in sports marketing and professional athletics, working in basketball with Hoop It Up / Street Ball Partners and the NBA’s Texas War on Drugs youth initiative. She later made history as the first female commissioner of the NBA Pro-Am Summer Leagues in Dallas, Texas, overseeing league operations and athlete development, and went on to work in large-scale sporting events and sports operations.

After relocating to Pennsylvania, Sarah continued to break barriers in professional sports, becoming the first woman to work in management with the Hershey Bears hockey organization. She then transitioned her leadership experience into the fitness and wellness industry, emerging as a nationally respected trainer, educator, and presenter.

Sarah has served as a Master Trainer and national educator for several leading fitness brands, including Reebok, Star Trac (Precision Cycling / Body Dynamics), and SPRI Products / Resist-A-Ball, delivering continuing education workshops, conference presentations, and national educational tours.

Her leadership roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, acting as the IDEA Health & Fitness Association Pennsylvania State Representative, and teaching as Adjunct Faculty at Reading Area Community College. Known for building strong teams and empowering others, Sarah blends performance, leadership, business strategy, and wellness to help individuals and organizations thrive.
