Financing
For over seventy years, the Greater Berks Development Fund, an affiliate of GRCAC, has helped businesses get the money they need to start, grow, and expand. We are proud that the loan programs we work with promote economic development. With our other GRCA affiliate, the Greater Reading Economic Partnership, and numerous other Berks County partners, we help to grow local businesses, create and retain jobs, and stimulate local communities.

Workforce Development Programs
In Berks and beyond, workforce concerns are paramount. GRCA is employing a three part strategy- short-term workforce development focusing on unskilled and semi-skilled workers; reforming our K-12 educational system with education and business partners; and talent attraction and retention.
